Our 10 pack includes the stainless 1\/4-20 x 1\" flat-head phillips drive screws, 1\/4-20 clip-on nut plates and 0.100\" thick steel tabs for mounting. The clip-on nut plates make tightening easier so you don't have to get a wrench on the backside and if you ever strip them out they are easily replaced.
