The KWI Groovix Helix is the most advanced helix technology KWI builds — a patent-pending billet cooling helix machined from a single solid chunk of aircraft-grade 7075 aluminum, engineered to lower belt temperatures, extend belt life, and deliver unmatched shift performance for Can-Am QRSX secondary clutches. Compatible with all Can-Am X3 models.

The Groovix isn't just a helix with a different angle — it's a fundamentally different design. Unique internal rib and fan geometry actively moves air through the clutch under load, drawing heat away from the belt during the moments it matters most. The result is lower operating temperatures, dramatically improved belt life, and more consistent clutch performance across every terrain and riding condition.

The Groovix is available in two versions:

The DR3 Cut is engineered for builds up to 260 wheel horsepower. The DR3 helix angle helps your turbo spool quickly for aggressive acceleration, backshifts swiftly when you lift, and delivers smooth, consistent performance at high speed. Increased full-shift belt squeeze prevents slip and keeps performance locked in when you're pushing hardest.

The #4 Cut is built for aftermarket big turbo applications. The #4 helix angle shifts hard at lower speeds and holds RPMs in the power band at higher speeds — producing a smooth, flat shift curve with aggressive acceleration, maximum belt grip, and ultra-quick backshifting for riders demanding the absolute most from their build.
