QRS Float Mod

The KWI QRS Float is the definitive solution for correcting the factory alignment flaws built into the Can-Am X3 CVT system. Hard shifting, a secondary clutch spinning at idle, and chronic belt failures aren't wear issues — they're the result of a misaligned clutch system that causes the belt to ride unevenly across the sheaves, generating excessive heat, accelerating belt wear, and robbing performance with every ride. 

The QRS Float corrects this at the source. The secondary clutch is precision-machined to float on the shaft, allowing it to self-align with the primary under all load conditions. Every package begins with a full clutch inspection before any modifications are performed — all four sheaves are machined and trued to eliminate factory casting imperfections and restore optimal belt contact, and KWI lifetime warranty secondary rollers are installed on every tier.

Float+ — Everything in the Float, plus the AO Clutch Kit for improved RPM control, stronger acceleration, and more consistent power delivery across every terrain.

Float Pro — Everything in the Float+, plus the DR3 Groovix Helix for aggressive backshifting, superior belt grip, and active cooling performance under hard riding conditions.

Pro Aggressive — Everything in the Float Pro, plus the Blue/Pink Aggressive Secondary Spring for maximum belt grip, sharper clutch response, and performance tuned for riders pushing the hardest.

Important: This product requires you to send your Primary and Secondary clutches to KWI for installation. This service must be performed in our shop to ensure proper fitment and performance.
